Paverun never reads your contacts, photos, messages or microphone. There are no ads, no analytics SDK, no cross-app tracking, and no sale of personal data.
Coaching lines and post-run write-ups are written by a third-party AI model service reached through Big Helpers' own servers. Only your workout numbers (pace, distance, heart rate, streaks) are sent — never your name, email or route. Every number is computed by Paverun's own rules first; the model only turns those facts into words. You can turn Pave AI off any time in the app (You › Pave AI); the watch then speaks built-in lines only.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, track you across other apps, or use your health data for advertising. We do not train any model on your personal data.
Your data stays while your account exists. Delete your account any time in the app (You › Delete account): access ends immediately, nothing is visible from that moment, and after a 7-day undo window everything — runs, streams, streaks, points, profile — is permanently erased from the server. You can also request deletion on the web at bighelpers.in/data-deletion or by email.
Paverun is 13+ worldwide and 18+ in India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Sign-up enforces this by region. We do not knowingly collect children's data; where the law requires it we seek verifiable parental consent.
You may ask for confirmation and access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, and grievance redressal. Write to admin@bighelpers.in — we respond within 30 days.
TLS in transit, per-user access control on the server, attested device sessions, and least-privilege keys. No method of transmission is 100 per cent secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Material changes are notified in-app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
